Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website at aimro.devand the Vibe Coding Bootcamp and related services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Aimro (“Aimro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Services or enrolling in the Bootcamp, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services or enrolling in the Bootcamp, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the Services with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also accept these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@aimro.dev and we will delete the information.

3. The Services

Aimro is a non-accredited education program that teaches you how to use AI tools to plan, build, and ship a mobile application and accompanying website over a 30-day period. The Services include live classes, recorded sessions, mentor support, templates, prompts, community access, and launch guidance.

The Services do not constitute an academic degree, professional certification, or legal, financial, or technical advice. Aimro is not a registered educational institution.

4. No Guarantees of Outcome

You agree and understand that Aimro makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from your participation in the Bootcamp. In particular:

  • No employment guarantee. Completing the Bootcamp does not guarantee a job, internship, freelance income, or any specific career outcome.
  • No success guarantee. Aimro does not guarantee that any app you build will become popular, profitable, or commercially successful.
  • No revenue guarantee. We may share examples of what other builders have achieved with AI tools. Those examples are not promises and do not represent typical results.

App Store publishing

Aimro will provide guidance and reasonable mentor support to help you publish one (1) app to the Apple App Store before the end of the Bootcamp, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your app must comply with Apple’s then-current App Store Review Guidelines and Developer Program License Agreement.
  • You must hold an active Apple Developer Program membership, which is paid for separately by you.
  • You must be willing to revise, simplify, or change your app idea in response to Apple’s review feedback or Aimro’s guidance.
  • Apple’s approval process is controlled solely by Apple. Aimro is not responsible for Apple’s decisions or timelines.
  • Aimro does not guarantee that any app, once published, will remain on the App Store. Apps may be removed by Apple at any time for guideline violations or other reasons outside our control.

5. Registration

To enroll, you must create an account or provide your information through the Bootcamp signup process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@aimro.dev if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

The regular Bootcamp price is $599. Webinar attendees may be offered an early-bird price of $399. Payment is due in full before the start of your cohort, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Aimro uses one or more third-party payment processors. Your payment information is handled by those processors under their own terms and privacy policies. Aimro does not store full payment card details on our servers.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your cohort’s first scheduled class. After day seven, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must be submitted to support@aimro.dev and include the email address used to enroll. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Third-party costs such as Apple Developer Program fees, AI tool subscriptions, domain registrations, hosting, and similar services are not included in the Bootcamp price and are not refundable through Aimro.

7. Your Conduct

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You will not:

  • Share your account, login link, class recordings, or Bootcamp materials with anyone who has not paid for the Bootcamp.

  • Upload viruses, malware, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the Services.
  • Use the Services to build content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights of any third party.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content for any purpose other than your own learning.
