Apple Developer ($99/year, only if shipping to App Store), an AI coding subscription (~$20/month, Cursor or Claude — most have free tiers for learning), and a domain (~$12/year). Roughly $130 in total for the cohort.

Aimro is built for Ethiopians living abroad who want to learn how to build apps and websites with AI. The course is beginner-friendly, but people with coding experience are also welcome.
No. You do not need any coding experience. Aimro teaches vibe coding, which means you will learn how to use AI tools, templates, prompts, and mentor guidance to build your app step by step.
The course is taught in both English and Amharic, depending on the group you join.
The next cohort starts on June 27.
By the end of the bootcamp, the goal is for you to have a working app that is ready to submit or has been submitted for App Store review, depending on your app status and idea.
Each live class is 2 hours.
All live classes are recorded. You will be able to watch the recording if you miss a session.
You get lifetime access to the class recordings.
It depends on your app and your learning pace, but we recommend spending as much time as you can practicing, testing, and building. If you break something, do not worry. That is part of the process, and we will help you fix it.
Each cohort has multiple groups. You can choose the group that fits your schedule. Please check the class schedule section for the available group times.
No. App Store approval is not guaranteed because it depends on the app idea, quality, Apple's guidelines, and the review process. For example, some app categories may be harder to get approved. We will guide you through the submission process, but final approval is up to Apple.
Yes. Students will publish under their own Apple Developer account.
Yes, if you want to submit your app to the App Store or TestFlight under your own name or account. The Apple Developer account is separate from the bootcamp price.
Yes. We will show you how to create and set up the tools you need for your app.
Yes. Aimro includes a website section where you will learn how to build a landing page for your app and publish it online.
No. We will teach you how to pick an app idea, create a PRD, and build based on your own idea. You will also have access to working templates to help you move faster.
You will continue receiving launch support after the bootcamp. We support students until their app is published, for up to 30 days after the bootcamp ends.
A Mac computer is highly recommended. Students can use a Windows computer, but for the smoothest iOS app-building and publishing experience, a Mac is best. An iPhone is required.
Yes. Students should have at least one paid AI tool subscription, such as ChatGPT Plus or a coding AI subscription. Cursor and Antigravity have free options, but paid AI tools may help you move faster. Higgsfield is also strongly recommended for the AI influencer marketing section.
No. The bootcamp price covers the course, templates, recordings, Discord community, 1:1 build clinics, prompt library, and launch guidance. Third-party tools, AI subscriptions, Apple Developer account, domains, and other outside services are separate.
A domain is optional. If you want a custom website or landing page for your app, we will show you how to buy and connect a domain.

Build clinics are 30-minute 1:1 sessions where you can get help with broken code, setup problems, app questions, debugging, publishing, or anything blocking your progress.
Students can schedule 30-minute 1:1 sessions during available build clinic times.
Both. Sometimes we will guide you through the problem so you understand what is happening. Other times, we may help directly with debugging or fixing broken parts of the app.

No. Support is provided through live classes, Discord, and scheduled 1:1 build clinics.
We will cover basic TikTok and Instagram posting plans, account warming, AI influencer content, organic content, and paid ads basics.
You will learn how to create AI UGC-style influencers that can promote your app and help you create marketing content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Yes, if you choose to complete that part. Creating marketing content is optional, but we will teach you how to create it.
Yes. We will teach account warming and automation in a safe, non-spammy way.
